I've worked with small and large companies, from helping launch high-tech startups to managing design and writing teams at Microsoft. I also authored a book on web animation (Microsoft Press, 1998).
I spent the early '90's running my own children's clothing company, and many years as a design/writing consultant. I specialize in providing strategic solutions for content messaging and design to optimize the user experience in all types of business communications.
